  Positive attitude is more than smile deep. I've been going twice a week for 4 years. Am still playing squash despite 2 compromised knees because of continually changing smart exercise programs here - and I've got to say, I don't like exercise. Appreciate time flexibility, range of equipment, detailed knowledge of physiology and recuperative/regenerative techniques, and the boutique, personally-oriented approach.
